On May 11, learn about the enslaved families at George Washington's Mount Vernon with a guided tour, family activity, and ceremonial remembrance for all ages. Bring your own family stories of love and loss that connect you to the past, and learn about the families of Boatswain and Myrtilla, Hercules and Alice, and other families who suffered the loss of loved ones. 
 
This program is included with admission to George Washington's Mount Vernon. A free ticket is required to reserve your place on the tour.
