Potomac View Terrace at the American Pharmacists Association



Boasting unparalleled views of the National Mall and beyond and providing a unique setting for corporate and social events.

The American Pharmacists Association's headquarters, known as the American Institute of Pharmacy, was dedicated on May 9, 1934 and is the only privately owned real estate on the National Mall. Located on Constitution Avenue directly across from the Lincoln Memorial, the building has ground level indoor and outdoor event space as well as a spacious rooftop deck. The original building was designed by renowned architect John Russell Pope, whose work includes the National Archives and the Jefferson Memorial. The expanded building, completed in 2009, is LEED certified, and boasts a rooftop terrace with unparalleled views of the National Mall and beyond. The rooftop is tented and available for corporate and private events for up to 400 guests.
