Easter at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar
Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, in Penn Quarter, invites families to enjoy a festive Easter brunch feast on Sunday, April 20. Cuba Libre will be serving up a vibrant selection of Easter brunch specials that will transport guests' taste buds straight to Havana.
Guests can start their feast with Pinchos Morunos ($16) – succulent Moorish lamb kebabs with piquillo pepper yogurt sauce and mojito salsa – followed by the main course, Mero Salteado ($33) – tortilla-crusted grouper with black beans, avocado, grilled corn salad, aji verde sauce, and lime crema. To end things on a sweet note, indulge in the Pastel de Coco ($12) – a coconut and white chocolate mousse cake with chocolate ice cream.
The full brunch menu and dinner menu will also be available on Easter Day, alongside refreshing cocktails. Guests who are 21+ can sip on Bottomless Pitchers of mimosas, sangria, and bloody marys for $25 per person, or mix their own drinks with Mimosa Bottle Service!
