This winter season, Rosewood Washington, D.C. invites guests and locals alike to experience ‘The Lodge at CUT Above,’ a warm and enchanting holiday hideaway on the rooftop lounge of the hotel. From November 22nd through January 5th, ‘The Lodge at CUT Above’ will offer an immersive winter atmosphere, complete with seasonal light bites and holiday cocktails crafted to bring out the joy of the season. The experience is brought to life by Jarrod Design, a local D.C. firm renowned for creating magical holiday displays across the city, including at the Capital One Arena and Decatur House. The captivating décor infuses the rooftop with the charm of the season, featuring classic colors of the season of red, green, and gold, plaid and fur blankets, large lanterns, and warm lights twinkling from every corner. A red ski-lift chair, surrounded by holiday décor and set against the sweeping views of the capital city, offers the perfect festive photo opportunity. Curated by the culinary team, seasonal bites and crafted cocktails will be available to enjoy, including a rooftop-exclusive Winter Mule, made with El Tesoro Tequila, blood orange, lime, ginger beer, and garnished with cranberry and rosemary to put anyone in the holiday spirit.
