RIMTANG is our newest concept at YUME Hospitality Group, created by KYOJIN’s Culinary Director, Chef Saran “Peter” Kannasute, and his mother, Executive Chef Prapit “Mama” La Femina. Rooted in their Thai heritage and family recipes.
Just a short walk from the C&O Canal, RIMTANG is tucked into a colorful row home with a warm, cozy atmosphere and neighborhood feel. Our two-story space is full of character and ideal for a relaxing lunch, dinner, or a casual night out. Diners can sip cold Thai beer, wine, or one of Mama’s refreshing signature herbal drinks.
