The 507 houses two unique venues in one location on popular Barracks Row.

The first floor “Event Hall” is 5000sq ft of modern industrial, open space complete with it's own green room and catering prep space. This blank canvas venue offers endless layout possibilities that can host up to 400 people. Double garage doors open to Barracks Row, perfect for adding an outdoor component to your event. A bay door opens to the rear alley for easy loading in and out. This street-level space is perfect for any size occasion, from intimate social gatherings and small concerts to large corporate events and product launches. Rent the space "as is" or utilize our extensive inventory of on-site equipment rentals.

The upstairs “Lounge” is a vibrant, turnkey space suitable for up to 125 people. This space offers a custom 20' bar, lounge seating, high and low top tables, a 200" LED TV wall, A/V, lighting, and sound. We’ve even got a pool table, darts, a piano, and karaoke. All that’s left to add is the food and drink and you’ve got yourself a party! With a little rearranging, this space also transforms into a great venue for a panel discussion, meetup, or other presentation-style event.
